Improving the Taste of Cum


Follow these tips 12-24 hours before sex for best results!

For Better Taste:
Important: Drink lots of water (at least 1 liter throughout the day) to flush out bad-tasting toxins, as well as metabolized proteins (from meats and dairy products)
Sweeter: Fruit or Fruit Juice- Pineapple, cranberry, apple, melon, mango, papaya, grape, lemon
*Raw pineapple juice is better (freshly juiced), & try mixing in 1-2 TBSP of (organic) honey
Reduce bitterness: Parsley, celery, & wheatgrass (chlorophyll); cinnamon & peppermint
Men: Consider taking a zinc and selenium supplement, both are needed for healthy sperm and they can make it taste better

To Change Consistency:
Increase volume/consistency: egg whites or gelatin
Creamier: Wheat germ and omega-3 oils (e.g. fish oil)

Avoid Bad Taste:
Bitter (high sulfur content): Asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, broccoli family (e.g. cabbage, kale), garlic, onions, legumes, nuts & seeds, red meats, etc.
Bitter (Toxins): caffeine (coffee, soda), alcohol, nicotine, other drugs
Salty (Protein): Red meat (substitute chicken or turkey) and dairy products (milk & cheese)
Junk Food: Chemicals and preservatives worsen taste
Fish (some report a fishy taste)

Super Spunk Smoothie

1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS honey
Optional ingredients: 1 raw egg white, 2 TBS wheat germ, 2 TBS flax seed, 1 shot wheatgrass juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately. Repeat daily for best results.
